Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 29, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how FaithTracks ("FaithTracks", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website and use the FaithTracks web app (the "Service"). FaithTracks is operated from Brazil and offered to a global audience, including users in the United States.
1. Information we collect
- Purchase & billing information. When you purchase, checkout and payment are processed by our payment processor Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card details; we receive limited order data (e.g., name, email, plan, amount, status) from Stripe.
- Analytics & advertising data. We use analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics (loaded through Google Tag Manager), the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and the Meta Conversions API. These set cookies and similar identifiers and collect device/browser data, IP address, pages viewed, and interactions to measure performance and deliver/measure ads.
- Our own measurement identifier. Our site creates a random ID for each browser tab (kept in your browser's session storage, deleted when you close the tab). We send it to Meta with the Meta Pixel events described above, and when you click through to checkout the checkout link carries it as a reference, which Stripe returns to us with the order. This lets us connect a purchase to the visit that led to it and report that purchase to Meta and Google Analytics from our server (so the purchase is not reported from your browser). This ID does not contain your name, email, or payment details.
- Technical/log data. Our host, Cloudflare, processes server logs including IP address, user agent, and request data for security and delivery.
- Information you give us. If you contact us (e.g., by email), we receive the information you provide.
We do not currently operate user accounts or an email marketing list. If that changes, this Policy will be updated.
2. How we use information
- To provide, operate, and improve the Service and process your purchase via Stripe.
- To measure and improve site performance and our marketing (analytics).
- To deliver and measure advertising, including on Meta platforms.
- To respond to your requests and provide support.
- To maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Cookies & tracking technologies
We and our partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. Categories: strictly necessary, analytics (Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager), advertising (Meta Pixel), and our own measurement identifiers, including the tab ID added to the checkout link (see Section 1). You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect site functionality.
4. How we share information
We share information with service providers who process it on our behalf, including: Stripe (checkout, payment processing, order records), Google (analytics), Meta (advertising/measurement), Supabase (our database), and Cloudflare (hosting, security). We may also disclose information to comply with law or protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information for money.
When you buy, we may report the purchase to Meta through its Conversions API (server-to-server): the purchase value and currency, the identifiers described in Section 1, and contact details you entered at the Stripe checkout (such as email, phone, name, and location) in hashed (SHA-256) form. Meta uses this to measure and improve the ads that led to the purchase. Use of advertising tools like the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law — see Section 6.
5. International data transfers
We operate from Brazil and our providers may process data in Brazil, the United States, and other countries. By using the Service, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in countries with different data-protection laws than your own.
6. Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to: know/access the personal information we collect; request deletion; request correction; and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information. We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: to opt out of advertising-related "sharing," adjust your browser cookie settings or email us at faithtracks.ofc@gmail.com. We also honor recognized opt-out preference signals (e.g., Global Privacy Control) where required: when your browser sends Global Privacy Control, our site does not load the Meta Pixel, does not create its tab ID, and does not add any reference to the checkout link. If you buy, the purchase may still be reported to Meta through the Conversions API using the details you entered at checkout (see Section 4); to opt out of that as well, email us at the address above.
To exercise any right, contact us at faithtracks.ofc@gmail.com. We will verify your request as required by law.
7. Children's privacy (COPPA)
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, contact us at faithtracks.ofc@gmail.com and we will delete it.
8. Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Purchase records are retained per Stripe's processing and applicable law.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date.
